Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Gamibooks ("we", "us", or "our") is an agentic AI publishing platform operated by Sanem Avcil. We help creators and Shopify merchants generate professional ebooks, audiobooks, and covers, and publish them to their stores.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@moneyed28.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Account information: email address, password hash, display name (if you provide one).
• Shop information (Shopify users only): shop domain, owner email, country, and the products you choose to publish through Gamibooks.
• Payment information: we use Stripe for billing. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles all of that. We store a Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, status, and the current billing period end date on your account.
• Content you create: book topics, titles, descriptions, generated chapters, covers, audio files, and any source material you upload as context for generation.
• Usage data: credits used, books created, the features you interact with, and basic device/browser information from server logs.

3. How we use your information

• Provide the core service — generating books, audiobooks, and covers on demand.
• Process subscription payments and grant the right tier and credit balance.
• Publish books to the Shopify store you connect (when you click publish).
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates, important notices).
• Improve the product and debug issues — only using aggregated or de-identified data.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not train third-party AI models on your private content.

4. Third parties we work with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Gamibooks. Each only sees the data they need to do their job:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription management.
• Shopify — when you choose to publish books to your Shopify store.
• OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI — AI model providers we use to generate text, covers, and audio. Your prompts and generated outputs pass through these providers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Railway, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage — application hosting and file storage for covers, PDFs, and audio.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember session preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel) to understand how people find and use Gamibooks so we can improve it. If you don't want analytics tracking, use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or a content blocker.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@moneyed28.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your generated content within 30 days, except where we need to keep limited records (such as invoices) to satisfy tax and legal obligations.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped API keys, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take the responsibility seriously.

9. International users

Gamibooks is operated from the United States and processes data using providers in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you understand and agree to this transfer.

10. Children

Gamibooks is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the app before the change takes effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
