By creating a Gamibooks account, installing our Shopify app, or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Gamibooks, operated by Sanem Avcil ("Gamibooks", "we", "us").
Gamibooks is an agentic AI publishing platform. We help you generate ebooks, audiobooks, and cover art using AI agents, and we can publish those products to your Shopify store or deliver them as files (PDF, ePub, MP3).
We continuously improve the service. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We will give reasonable notice before any change that materially affects paid users.
You're responsible for keeping your password and shop access secure. You agree to provide accurate information when you register, and to update it when it changes. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Gamibooks for any commercial purpose.
Gamibooks is sold on a monthly or yearly subscription. Plans currently include Free, Starter ($24/mo), Pro ($49/mo), and Power ($99/mo), and may include additional tiers in the future. Each paid plan grants a monthly credit allotment that resets at the start of each billing period.
Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price, charged to the payment method on file via Stripe (for standalone users) or Shopify Billing (for Shopify merchants).
Cancellation: you can cancel any time from the billing page in your Gamibooks dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access and unused credits until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Credits: credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the end of each billing period unless purchased as a one-time top-up. We may adjust credit costs for features as the underlying AI provider costs change.
Because Gamibooks delivers digital content immediately upon generation, all subscription payments are final once a billing period begins. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

To request a refund, email hello@moneyed28.com with the email on your account and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
You own the books, audiobooks, and covers that Gamibooks generates from your inputs. You can sell them, distribute them, or use them in any lawful way. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs (topics, source material) don't infringe anyone's rights.
We own the platform. The Gamibooks software, brand, designs, and documentation belong to us. You may not copy, modify, resell, or scrape the platform itself.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Gamibooks generates content using large language models and image models. Output can occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or contain factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee that books generated with Gamibooks will be bestsellers, generate any specific revenue, or be accepted by every distribution platform.
We aim for high availability but do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may schedule maintenance, and we depend on third-party providers (Stripe, Shopify, AI providers, Railway, etc.) whose outages can affect us.
Gamibooks is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to defend and indemnify Gamibooks from claims arising out of your inputs, your published content, or your misuse of the service.
You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@moneyed28.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. Termination does not refund unused subscription time, except as required by law or our refund policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active users by email or in-app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States, unless local consumer protection law gives you a different right.
